You’ll be at the heart of how we track opportunities, deliver projects, and continuously improve the way we work using tools like Smartsheet and our global management systems to make a real impact.\nWhat You’ll Do\nQuality Oversight - Implementing quality control processes from the Peterson Solutions’ Management System to ensure services meet required standards\n\nSmartsheet oversight and support - ensuring country offices populate Smartsheet with leads, proposals, projects, and finances in a timely manner\n\nSmartsheet reviews - performing checks on Smartsheet to ensure data is being entered accurately and in line with the Global Service Line Team’s requirements.\n\nQuality reviews & Checks - Plan, conduct, and report on internal reviews, process checks, and compliance reviews, addressing and resolving quality-related issues.\n\nContinuous Improvement - Facilitate root cause analysis, co-design corrective actions, and improvement initiatives in collaboration with project and service teams.\n\nTraining & Awareness - Promote quality awareness and provide training or guidance to staff on quality and Smartsheet procedures and best practices.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of quality activities, review findings, data performance, and improvement actions. Prepare regular quality reports for management.\n\nOperational support - provide ad-hoc support to country managing directors and regional director with various operational activities\n\nRequirements\nA Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field\n\n5+ years’ experience in operations, quality, or process improvement, ideally within consulting, sustainability, or environmental services\n\nStrong knowledge of quality management principles, such as ISO 9001, and a sharp eye for detail\n\nConfidence working across cultures and influencing stakeholders without direct authority\n\nExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills\n\nProficient in English\n\nWhy This Role?\nThis is a regional, high-impact role where you’ll lead through influence, shape how the business operates, and leave a measurable mark on quality, efficiency, and performance.
