This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support key accounts, execute go-to-market activities, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with internal Sales teams and external customers to deliver clear, timely, and professional communication\nOwn and lead new customer set up processes\nLead for Commercial team EDI customer priority set up and manage cross functional teams responsible for implementing to ensure customers are set up in a timely manner\nLead special projects requiring working with cross functional teams as needed\nOwn tracking Petmate price increase implementation, which includes proactively managing a price increase tracker and regular communications with Commercial team on status\nSupport customer-specific requirements across key retail, eCommerce, and distributor accounts\nMaintain and update customer portals, ensuring accuracy of product data, assets, and required documentation\nServe as a point of contact for customer requests, ensuring alignment with internal teams and timely follow-up\nDevelop customer and category specific comp shops to aid in assessing opportunities for growth\nCommercialization & Product Launch Execution\nSupport new product launches through accurate item setup, asset distribution, and customer onboarding requirements\nComplete and submit customer-specific forms for item setup, testing, compliance, and marketing materials\nEnsure product data, cross-references, and system updates are accurate and maintained in ERP systems (Oracle) and B2B platforms\nSales Enablement & Trade Support\nProvide support for customer trade shows, line reviews, and customer meetings, including development of quote sheets, presentation materials, samples, and product assets\nAssist in the creation and distribution of sales tools, promotional materials, and customer-specific sell-in resources\nCoordinate sample requests, product images, and marketing assets to support customer and internal needs\nCross-Functional Coordination\nAct as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product,SupplyChain, and Sales Operations to resolve order issues, holds, deductions, and promotional execution\nProactively identify and escalate risks or issues impacting orders, launches, or customer commitments\nSupport ongoing process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy across channel workflows\nData, Reporting & Process Support\nAssist in tracking and reporting key metrics related to item setup, promotions, and customer programs\nMaintain accurate records across systems to support reporting, forecasting, and customer insights\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in data accuracy, reporting, and operational processes\nProject & Operational Support\nManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables\nSupport Sales Operations and Channel Marketing leadership on ad hoc and strategic projects as assigned\nQualifications & Experience Required Skills\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities\nProven ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work independently with minimal direction while collaborating cross-functionally\nStrong project management and time management skills\nTechnical Proficiency\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, analysis, and reporting)\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)\nExperience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and customer portals\nFamiliarity with CRM systems or data/reporting tools is a plus\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting retail, eCommerce, or distributor channels\nUnderstanding of product commercialization and item setup processes\nExposure to trade shows, line reviews, and customer-specific marketing support\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred\n5-1O+ years of relevant
