Get buy-in.\n\nRepresent Petra at conferences, roughly 1-2x/month.\n\nPrioritize ruthlessly.\n\nSelf-source pipeline when needed through outbound, follow-up, and creative plays.\n\nWhat You Bring\n2-5 years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience, ideally with:\nACVs in the $30k-$150k range\n\nTechnical products that need buy-in from both the tech team and the C-suite.\n\nProven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced, high-output environment.\n\nExperience selling to both technical and budget-controlling stakeholders.\n\nStrong command of MEDDPICC - you qualify deeply, forecast accurately, and surface risk early.\n\nAbility to connect product capabilities to tangible business outcomes like reduced risk and operational efficiency.\n\nComfort navigating both a CISO's technical concerns and a CFO's budget questions in the same deal.\n\nBonus: familiarity with Command of the Message and leading with value drivers, proof points, and deal mantras.\n\nHow You Show Up\nCognitively sharp - You learn fast, ask incisive questions, and speak your buyer’s language from day one.\n\nRelentless - You qualify hard, follow up religiously, and always close next steps.\n\nResourceful - You don’t wait for perfect.
