Petra is a premium product and it's everyone's job to make sure it stays that way. You'll be in charge of working directly with our customers to improve our existing product experience and lead the deployment of our new offerings.\nConcretely, you will:\nBe the first contact with our customer. Working closely with our founding team and largest accounts, you'll identify the pain points that exist around an account compromise.\n\nIterate and innovate. We're growing fast. We expect you to take customer feedback and turn around incremental improvements in hours, not days. As you build up your understanding, we then expect you to propose longer term, more fundamental improvements to our platform.\n\nChampion the customer. You'll both offer a white-glove experience externally and be the voice for our customers internally. We want you to push every edge of the Petra experience, human and platform, to be delightful.\n\nOur stack is Node, TypeScript, React, and Python... for now.\nWho You Are\n2+ years of engineering, investment banking, or consulting experience, with meaningful time working with customers at scale. For IB/consulting folks, we expect you to be able to engage with code. Having a degree in a technical discipline is a strong plus.\n\nExperience building systems for constantly improving a product. You learn by doing and then build scaffolding around what you learned so others can help scale.\n\nHigh agency and high output. You identify the problem, propose the solution, and execute.
