We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Success Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Onboarding: Guide new and old PetroApp clients through onboarding setup of PetroApp system, dashboard training, usage and implementation.
- Problem Solving: Attend to customers enquiries, solve customer complaints and provide adequate solutions for customer satisfaction
- Relationship Building: Serve as the main point of contact, building trust and acting as an internal advocate for the client.
- Health Tracking: Monitor customer usage and conduct regular customer check-ins to speedily solve problems and prevent churn risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, marketing, and support teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations.
Job Requirements & Competence
- First degree from an accredited university.
- Serving NYSC corp members are encouraged to apply
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites.
- Excellent problem solving skill and ability to use initiative
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy with customers
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Responsiveness and availability in attending to customers is a MUST.
- Post NYSC & Serving NYSC members
