records, and actionable intelligence\n\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:\n\nJob Title: Customer Success Executive\n\nLocation: Lagos\n\nJob Description\n\n Onboarding: Guide new and old PetroApp clients through onboarding setup of PetroApp system, dashboard training, usage and implementation.\n\n Problem Solving: Attend to customers enquiries, solve customer complaints and provide adequate solutions for customer satisfaction\n\n Relationship Building: Serve as the main point of contact, building trust and acting as an internal advocate for the client.\n\n Health Tracking: Monitor customer usage and conduct regular customer check-ins to speedily solve problems and prevent churn risks.\n\n Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, marketing, and support teams to relay customer feedback and resolve escalations.\n\nJob Requirements & Competence\n\n First degree from an accredited university.\n\n Serving NYSC corp members are encouraged to apply\n\n Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites.\n\n Excellent problem solving skill and ability to use initiative\n\n Strong emotional intelligence and empathy with customers\n\n High level of
