Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall account health.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.\nPrevious experience in a SaaS company is required.\nStrong communication and relationship management skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with subscription-based products or services.\nFamiliarity with CRM and customer success
