Our products range from fleet and spend control to wallets, payments and mobile apps. The role: You’ll own backend services in one of our product areas from design to production. You’ll set the technical direction for your area and help raise the bar for the engineers around you. You’ll work closely with Product, Design and other engineering teams, and you may move between product areas as the business grows. What you’ll do: -Design, build and scale backend services and APIs, following our API standards -Own features end to end, from shaping requirements with Product to running them in production -Design and optimize data models, queries and transactions, and use caching well, under real production load -Build reliable integrations with external partners and third-party systems -Deliver features across the stack, including Angular (TypeScript) frontends when needed -Write design docs and ADRs, and drive t
