Procurement Indirect Specialist / Buyer

Job Description

The Procurement Indirect Specialist forHispanic Countries will lead the procurement ofindirect goods and services across key categories-Marketing, Trade Marketing, Leases & Rentals, People, and Legal -within the Hispanic Countries region in Latin America. This role ensurescompliance with company policies and procedures while drivingcost efficiencies,process optimization, and securing thebest commercial conditions for the business.

The role holdsstrategic and financial ownership of these categories and builds strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to supportKraft Heinz business objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for indirect categories (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Leases & Rentals, People, and Legal) across the Hispanic Countries region.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with Kraft Heinz’s business objectives and regional goals.
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g.,Marketing, Legal, and other departments) to define service needs and align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Build and manage relationships withstrategic suppliers, ensuring performance, compliance with company standards, and alignment with business needs.
• Optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels across categories.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure the best terms and conditions.
• Support all markets in the region to implement optimal footprint solutions, focusing on service levels and cost efficiency with strategic suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sourcing principles.
• Lead business review meetings with strategic suppliers, covering performance, economic topics, and continuous improvement agendas.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovation in category management.
• Manage suppliers’ master data to support supply security and service level objectives.

• Negotiate commercial conditions aligned with company goals (10%)

• Supplier selection with stakeholders to meet technical requirements (10%)

• Lead contracting process with suppliers in partnership with Legal (10%)

• Lead savings initiatives across categories under scope (10%)

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

• +3 years of experience in Procurement, with a focus onindirect categories
• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
• Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or a multinational environment (highly preferred)
• Strongnegotiation andcontract management skills
• Intermediate English
• Advanced Excel
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba (plus)
