Founded in 2005 with a mission to provide access to comprehensive animal healthcare at an affordable price, Pets Best delivers flexible coverage, an easy claims process, and excellent customer service.\nJob Summary:\nPets Best is seeking a Multimedia Designer, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager and working closely with the UX Designer, the Multimedia Designer will play a key role in developing and producing high-performing marketing assets across digital, social, video, partner, and print channels.\nThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail and production expertise. One day you may be developing ad creative for paid media campaigns. The next, you may be editing video for social channels, preparing partner collateral, or helping implement our new visual identity across the business. You'll create a range of assets that are both on-brand and optimized for performance.\nJob Location: Remote - USA\nMain Responsibilities:\nPerformance Marketing Creative\nDesign digital advertising assets for paid media channels, including Meta, Google, display, and other acquisition channels. \nCreate and resize assets across multiple formats and specifications. \nCollaborate with Performance Marketing and Content teams to develop ad variations and creative testing concepts. \nEnsure assets align with campaign goals while maintaining brand consistency. \nSupport ongoing creative optimization efforts based on performance insights. \nSocial Media Design\nDesign organic and paid social media content. \nCreate static graphics, carousels, stories, reels cover art, and supporting social assets. \nPartner with content creators and social media stakeholders to bring ideas to life visually. \nVideo Editing & Motion Graphics\nEdit short-form video content for paid social, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns. \nCreate motion graphics, text animations, and branded video elements. \nWork with b-roll footage, existing assets, and agency-produced content to develop compelling video creative. \nExport and optimize content for platform-specific requirements. \nBrand & Creative Development\nContribute to the rollout and implementation of Pets Best's evolving brand identity. \nHelp translate brand guidelines into real-world marketing applications. \nMaintain high creative standards across all customer and partner-facing materials. \nCollaborate with external creative agencies on campaigns, assets, and design execution. \nPartner & Print Marketing\nDesign marketing materials for affinity, employer, and strategic partners. \nCreate print collateral, sales materials, event signage, swag assets, one-pagers, presentations, and other marketing support materials. \nEnsure all materials meet brand, compliance, and production requirements. \nAsset Management & Production\nOrganize, maintain, and archive creative files and source assets. \nPrepare production-ready files for digital and print environments. \nSupport asset management processes and help maintain an organized creative library. \nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. \nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house brand, agency, or marketing environment. \nStrong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, social media, and brand design work. \nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. \nExperience creating marketing assets across multiple channels and formats. \nStrong production design and file preparation skills. \nExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience editing short-form video content. \nMotion graphics experience using After Effects or similar tools. \nExperience working with performance marketing teams and paid media creative. \nExperience supporting brand launches or brand refresh initiatives. \nFamiliarity with Figma. \nExperience in subscription, service, insurance, healthcare, financial services, pet, or consumer \nCompensation:\nNational base pay range: $63,003 - $75,603 per year. Chicago base pay range: $69,303 - $83,163 per year. This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire. Placement within the range depends on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
