You’ll work closely with Product and Design leaders to decide what to build, talk through trade-offs and keep customer needs, delivery commitments and system health in view.\nSome days you’ll coach a leader through a difficult decision. Others, you’ll work with Principal Engineers to address a reliability risk, remove a blocker between teams or make sure technical debt has a place in the plan. You’ll use delivery and team insights to spot issues early, while giving teams room to decide how they do their best work.\nAbout the role\nAs Head of Engineering, you’ll lead engineering across a product portfolio and partner with the Head of Product to turn strategy into software that works well for customers and can be sustained over time.
