You’ll monitor the People Experience (PX) inbox, answer questions about policies, benefits and processes, and help manage onboarding, employee changes and offboarding. You’ll prepare accurate letters and other documents, update employee records in HiBob, and coordinate tasks such as background checks, good character attestations and audits. Working with the PX team and partners across Payroll, Finance and the wider business, you’ll resolve requests with care and on time. You’ll know when to resolve a query yourself and when to bring in the right people.\nAbout the role\nAs a PX Consultant, you’ll help PEXA deliver a smooth, reliable employee experience. You’ll be a first point of contact for people questions and keep lifecycle processes and HR information accurate, compliant and moving. This full-time, Melbourne-based role suits someone with an HR qualification who is keen to build their career in a hands-on, service-focused team.
