Innovation\nOwn features end-to-end-from design through rollout, including talking directly with customers to understand their problems and shape product decisions.\nLead the integration of customer-facing AI or agentic workflows into our products to enhance our platform with the latest AI capabilities.\nCollaborate closely with product managers and designers to shape product direction and ideate on new features.\nAct as an end-to-end owner of features, ensuring they are scalable, innovative, and market-leading.\nTechnical Execution & Code Quality\nContribute to high-quality code reviews, ensuring the team maintains a high bar for engineering excellence.\nDrive DevOps practices and production monitoring to ensure the stability and performance of our global platform.\nUtilize AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development cycles and improve overall team productivity.\nEnsure all features are supported through all stages of the SDLC, from initial inception to post-launch support.\n Security, Compliance & Architecture\nApply a deep understanding of security best practices and frameworks, such as OWASP, to every aspect of the development lifecycle.\nWork within our core stack (C#/.NET, Angular, SQL Server/NoSQL) to build secure, robust, and scalable fintech solutions.\nPartner with the broader engineering team to ensure system architecture meets or exceeds industry standards for data privacy and security.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nExperience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.\nAI Expertise: Experience integrating customer-facing AI or agentic workflows into production environments.\nSecurity: Demonstrated knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (OWASP).\nCommunication /
