Our vision is to be the most admired Pan-Asian restaurant company in the world.\nWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our Accounting team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMonitor ServiceChannel work orders, proposals, invoices, and other activity; identify exceptions and take corrective action.\nReview and process NTE adjustments, IVR exceptions, work-order status corrections, and related workflow issues.\nCreate, update, and close work orders and ensure system information is accurate and complete.\nMonitor aging work orders and proposals and follow up with restaurants, vendors, and management as needed.\nMaintain ServiceChannel user access, permissions, restaurant information, vendor information, and other system data.\nProvide first-level ServiceChannel support to restaurant operators, vendors, Facilities, Accounting, IT, and other users.\nPartner with Accounts Payable and vendors to research invoice discrepancies, resolve billing exceptions, and support timely invoice processing.\nWork with Facilities, Accounting, Operations, and IT to improve ServiceChannel workflows, system functionality, and data accuracy.\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc reporting related to work orders, aging, NTE activity, proposals, invoices, vendors, and restaurant activity.\nProvide ServiceChannel training and guidance to restaurant operators, vendors, and new team members.\nSupport Facilities projects, including restaurant openings, remodels, and other initiatives.\nPerform other duties and projects as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, facilities management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.\nTwo or more years of relevant experience in facilities coordination, system administration, accounts payable, restaurant operations, or a related function preferred.\nExperience with ServiceChannel or another facilities/work-order management system preferred.\nBasic understanding of facilities, accounts payable, and invoice processing.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and similar business applications.\nStrong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively with restaurant operators, vendors, and corporate teams.\nLocation: This is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255. The current in-office expectation is a minimum of three days per week, with additional onsite presence as business needs require.
