Our vision is to be the most admired Pan-Asian restaurant company in the world.\nWe are seeking an experienced an Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to join our Technology Operations team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nProvide second level support and maintenance for network and server infrastructure, virtualization environments and end user devices.\nProactively monitor system performance to assist with the identification of potential issues and future design improvements.\nInvestigate performance anomalies and perform root cause analysis for network and systems infrastructure.\nInstallation, configuration and deployment of network infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance, redundancy and security.\nEvaluate, design and implement complex systems monitoring and management solutions to help drive performance improvements and reliability. \nWorks with other IT solution engineers and developers to identify and resolve technical issues while suggesting service improvements and/or new technology approaches. \nAuthor, document and maintain internal documentation, procedures and policies. \nEffectively manages time and competing priorities to meet objectives and project deadlines. \nProvide 24x7 technical support via on-call duties, as required.\nLearns and becomes proficient with all the technology utilities, tools and standards at the company. \nWhat You’ll Bring:\n 3+ years of experience in managing LAN/WAN network infrastructures. \n3+ years of experience supporting a Meraki network environment supporting over 1K+ users, including VPN and use network shaping policies. \nExpert knowledge of Meraki, FortiGate, Microsoft Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP protocols and server virtualization technologies. \nDemonstrated knowledge in the configuration, implementation and testing of network environments hosting hundreds of servers and performance optimization. \nKnowledge and skilled in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Internet/email filtering software and system health monitoring. \nPreferred additional experience with any of the following technologies: Office 365, Azure, Abnormal, Nutanix, Prism, AirWatch/WorkspaceOne and Zabbix.\nLocation:\nThis is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255.
