Our vision is to be the most admired Pan-Asian restaurant company in the world.\nWe are seeking an experienced Licensing Paralegal to join our Legal team at our Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona.\nWhat You’ll Do:\n Work across a broad, cross functional team of Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance Team Members to project manage all licensing activities and deliverables, including the submittal of licensing documents and associated schedules, milestones, etc. \nTimely respond to government notices and inquiries to resolve any compliance issues, obtain new licenses or permits, audit requests, or any other related matters. \nReport and document any incidents or violations of licensing and compliance regulations and take necessary action to resolve the issue. \nStay informed of any changes in licensing and compliance regulations. \nResearch, recommend and support the licensing team to implement updates to licensing document templates, best practices, policies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in licensing operations.\nComplete other legal tasks and special projects as assigned.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nA minimum of 4 years of experience processing licenses (including liquor licenses) and dealing with licensing matters\nExperience supporting multi-unit, multi-state restaurant or hospitality organizations strongly preferred.\nKnowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and laws related to licensing and compliance, including experience with researching rules and regulations\nExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook, and a willingness to learn new software as business develops. Experience with Avalara is a plus.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\nParalegal certificate preferred\nLocation:\nThis is primarily an office-based position located at the P.F. Chang’s Global Support Center in Scottsdale, Arizona 85255.
