They are responsible for packaging and labeling all items and including necessary components are included for each order, as well as cash handling.\nJob Responsibilities:\nFast, friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to every customer whether on-line, on the phone, or in person.\n\nUnderstands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest’s questions.\n\nReview orders with the Guest (at pick-up or upon delivery) and / or with Delivery Driver ensuring order accuracy.\n\nDelivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations resulting in satisfactory feedback.\n\nResponsibly and accurately handles money and inventory controls.\n\nEffectively open and securely closes the restaurant, establishes prep needed and assigns to staffs, and completion of all responsibilities for each shift.\n\nSupervises training of new Team Members, coaching and mentoring Team Members on culinary techniques and skills.\n\nJob Requirements:\nPrevious experience is not required - we will train you!\n\nHave a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or ability to obtain food handler’s card.\n\nMust be able to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and any other applicable system(s).\n\nKnowledge of proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.\n\nAbility to multitask and organize multiple types of orders at the same time.\n\nAbility to follow all company policies, procedures, and standards.\n\nExcellent customer service skills and etiquette.\n\nMust be able to communicate effectively.\n\nWhy work for us?\nBecause it’s more than a job.
