Through training and practice, they will enhance their skills and may undertake responsibilities such as Rigging up, Pump Maintenance, Sand, Acid, and Chemical Operations, Blender Operations, Ground Foreman tasks, and more, based on district assignments.\n\nResponsibilities:\nRequires rig up, rig down, equipment operation and maintenance of same equipment as directed by supervisory staff.\nAdheres to all well service health, safety, and environmental regulations.\nAdheres to all company operational policies.\nSafely rigs up high pressure Iron and hoses as required to perform well service.\nPerforms routine maintenance on all assigned service equipment.\nDrives equipment to and from locations as required.\nMaintains and submits timely daily driver log reports, equipment/truck reports as well as\nIndividual Vehicle Driver’s Record (IVDRs), and other paperwork as required.\nPerforms other related duties as required.\n\nOther Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.\nComplete and abide by all Safety Training and other provided training.\nAppropriate communication skills for coordination of the well service activities with crew members and supervisory staff.\nTravel to job location as required. Could include extensive out of town travel.\nSensitive to confidential information.\nMust work independently and as a member of team.\n\nMental and Physical Requirements:\nAble to read, speak and write English.\nAble to work under stressful conditions at times.\nBending, lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, sitting stand, walk, kneel, stoop, squat, pull, push, climb, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and see and standing (occasionally) for long periods of time.\nEmployee is required to accomplish hard physical labor in many different conditions including lifting equipment.\nMust demonstrate manual dexterity and be able to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.\nThe essential duties of this position require moderate to heavy lifting.
