Achieve\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the Engineering team in planning and overseeing preventative maintenance for filling equipment.\nManage the status of work control and backlog from work order submission to completion.\nAssist in maintenance work management and the installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment.\nContribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.\nProvide input on capital project design regarding equipment selection and specifications to minimize life cycle costs.\nCommunicate schedules to all resources, including maintenance, production, outside services, stores, and engineering.\nOversee pest control management in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Pfizer internal requirements.\nManage and properly archive all utility documents and drawings.\nEnsure the generation and maintenance of documentation supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).\nContribute to project tasks and milestones, organize work to meet deadlines, and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate Work Team.\nHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)\nBachelor's degree with any years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience\nExperience in reliability-based maintenance practices\nDemonstrated ability to write and provide simple and accurate instructions\nAseptic manufacturing experience\nDemonstrated computer and technical skills\nEffective problem-solving capabilities\nExcellent interpersonal communication and written skills\nBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)\nKnowledge or experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (also cGMP) environment\nBiopharma experience\nStrong organizational skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nProactive and self-motivated\nExperience using common AI tools, including
