Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology with 6-12 years of industry experience\nStrong technical skills in method validation and testing\nNPI Developmental studies, MLT, BET, Sterility, Assay.\nHeat Shock tests and culture management.\nExperience in microbiological sterility testing\nDeep understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance operations\nDetail-oriented with robust knowledge of quality systems\nFamiliarity with analytical laboratory environments\nEffective written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills\nBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)\nRelevant pharmaceutical experience\nStrong understanding of computer system hardware, infrastructure, and networks\nExperience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)\nProficiency in data analysis and interpretation\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines\nStrong problem-solving abilities\nEffective time management and organizational skills\nAbility to mentor and train junior colleagues\nExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
