Working as a part of a broader payroll team, the Payroll Associate ensures a compliant payroll aligned with regulatory and company standards.\nThis role supports audit, handles payroll issues, prepares detailed reports and works closely with PX, Finance and external vendors to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.\nRole Responsibilities\nExecute activities associated with the assigned payroll processes which include but are not limited to:\nManage activities associated with regular execution of assigned payroll processes, including collection and validation of inputs and error\nExecute payroll controls, validate and reconcile payroll files\nProcess changes to correct errors or escalate to line manager\nReconcile and remit payments to statutory authorities\nMaintain payroll records and documentation\nPrepare and distribute payroll reports such as funding forecasts, bank and GL files for internal and external stakeholders\nStays current and ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and collective agreements\nAssists in audits where required (internal & external)\nRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll in a timely and professional manner\nCollaborate with PX and Finance to ensure seamless payroll operations\nServe as back-up for other team members as required\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field required\n1-2 years of payroll, accounting or human resources experience\nKnowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information\nAble to communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) with colleagues at all levels of the organization\nGood knowledge of the German language is required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with multi-country (multi-state) or international payroll processing\nExperience with payroll software (e.g. ADP, Workday, SAP)Certified Payroll Professional, or similar professional designation\nAbility to speak multiple (additional) languages is a plus \nWork Location Assignment: Hybrid\nPlease apply by sending your CV and a motivational letter in English\nPurpose\nBreakthroughs that change patients' lives...
