This role requires providing support across other global time zones based on business need, specifically from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m Philippine Time or 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time (equivalent to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U. S. Eastern Time).\nRole Responsibilities\nPerform implementation and maintenance of Document Automation, and Workflow Business Enablement solutions\nImplement GCS SharePoint Sites and SharePoint based workflows using PowerApps / Power Automate\nWork with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Analysts (BAs) to ensure requirements are well defined and understood\nIn partnership with Digital, support all aspects of the system change control process (prioritization of new functionality, definition of user requirements, User Acceptance Testing, System Development Lifecycle document reviews, etc)\nCreate visually engaging presentation and training materials, process flows and guidance documents that enhance business use of technology\nProvide ongoing business support to business users\nMonitor utilization of core digitization solutions and regularly report usage metrics\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead or participate on projects that enhance GCS systems and processes\nProvide innovative insights on new or emerging technologies that can enhance how GCS operates\nBasic Qualifications:\nFluent in verbal and written English\n3+ years working with digital transformation tools preferably in a regulated (e.g. GxP) environment\nBA/BS, in computer science, scientific, or business field required\nExperience and understanding of system validation / software development lifecycle\nExperience working with core Microsoft 365 solutions with a focus on PowerApps / Power Automate\nExperience developing workflows within a Business Process Management (BPM) platform (e.g. Pega, Salesforce, Metastorm, Winward)\nComfortable preparing and presenting ideas and information in a variety of settings\nMust have strong inter-personal and customer service skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree preferred\nProject management experience and certification such as PMP, AIM or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt a plus\nPega Business Architect or Systems Architect certification\nExperience / understanding of the Clinical Supply Chain\nData visualizations skills a plus\nTechnical writing skills a plus\nNON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR
