Your skills and dedication help streamline our processes, making a significant impact on the speed and efficiency with which we can provide essential treatments.\nWhat You Will Achieve\nIn this role, you will:\nReceive, review and document all transactions coming into MEET Service Center \nDetailed review/submission of all MAPP data/submissions to ensure accuracy \nEnsure all information is properly documented in workflow system \nEnsure MAPP transactions are in compliance with MAPP policy \nManage all transactions using accurate standard operating procedures and compliance and control documentation \nResponsible for completing compliance check list of compliance activities \nDirect interactions with business colleagues to help on the transactions with healthcare professionals and external organizations \nResponsible for communicating with internal business professionals \nWork with Legal and Compliance to get approvals for exceptions and suspicious documentation \nCreate and execute healthcare contracts for external healthcare professionals, ensuring fair market value is accurate (per FMV calculator) and the HCP is qualified (CV review) \nHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)\nMinimum of a Bachelor's degree \nFluency in English language is a must; Fluency on a second foreign language (Arabic, French, Italian, German, Russian or Portuguese) needed\nUp to 2 years of experience (legal or compliance highly preferred) \nManagement of multiple client stakeholders \nProficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint) required \nGood organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple priorities \nStrong technical skills in managing transactions within a global system \nStrong written and verbal communication skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management \nStrong customer service skills and mindset \nUnderstanding of compliance/financial controls \nStrength with multitasking and ensuring accurate detail \nAbility to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once \nHigh level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility \nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills \nBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)\nPharmaceutical industry or contracts experience\nSystem application & products - SAP/Ariba experience\nExperience with FCPA transactions\nExperience with financial reporting and analysis\nKnowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements\nProactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement\nWork Location Assignment: Hybrid\nPlease apply by sending your CV and a motivational letter in English\nPurpose\nBreakthroughs that change patients' lives...
