compliance.\nKey ResponsibilitiesInstrumentation & Maintenance\nExecute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of field instruments and control systems.\nTroubleshoot transmitters, sensors, analyzers, control valves, VFDs, and instrumentation loops.\nEnsure timely restoration of equipment during breakdowns to minimize production losses.\nMaintain accurate maintenance and calibration records.\nAutomation & Control Systems\nSupport PLC, HMI, SCADA, and DCS systems.\nPerform I/O checks, loop testing, commissioning, and system modifications.\nCoordinate with OEMs and vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades.\nSupport machine and process automation improvement initiatives.\nCalibration & Compliance\nPerform calibration of critical process instruments as per approved procedures.\nEnsure 100% compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and audit requirements.\nSupport regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.\nMaintain instrument calibration schedules and documentation.\nProjects & Continuous Improvement\nReview P&IDs, instrument datasheets, and control philosophies.\nSupport FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ activities for new equipment and projects.\nConduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA for recurring failures.\nDrive reliability improvement initiatives to enhance equipment uptime.\nSafety & Documentation\nFollow EHS, LOTO, and permit-to-work requirements.\nPrepare SOPs, maintenance procedures, and engineering documentation.\nEnsure all instrumentation systems comply with site safety standards.\nQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.\n8-15 years of experience in instrumentation and automation maintenance within pharmaceutical, biotech, API, or process industries.\nExperience with GMP-regulated manufacturing environments preferred.\nTechnical SkillsPLCs: Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi.\nSCADA/HMI: WinCC, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, iFIX.\nField Instruments: Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, Analytical Instruments.\nControl Valves, VFDs, Sensors, Load Cells.\nCalibration, Loop Checking, Commissioning, and Validation Activities.\nKnowledge of Utilities: HVAC, WFI, PW, Compressed Air, Chillers, Steam Systems.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Equipment Uptime\nPM Compliance\nCalibration
