Successful candidate will make contributions through quantitative and creative thinking as well as proactively staying in the front of the current development of statistical methodologies.\nROLE RESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide statistical input into project development plans, study design, statistical analysis plans.\nBe accountable for quality statistical deliverables according to study timelines.\nEnsure that all study and project level statistical activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and Pfizer standards.\nProvide data presentation plan and interpretation of statistical analysis results and contribute to the clinical trial reports.\nProvide support for publications and scientific presentations of study results.\nProvide input to the Statistics Group Lead to plan support for assigned studies and submissions.\nCommunicate and collaborate with other project statisticians to ensure consistency of statistical approaches across studies.\nParticipate in research on statistical methodology and its applications pertinent to the business needs of the organization.\nSKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE\nMS in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field with 4+ years’ experience or PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field with 0+ years of experience \nEffective verbal and written communication skills\nUnderstanding of broad statistical theory and its application\nExperience with SAS or R programming languages\nEffectively and clearly explaining statistical concepts to colleagues without statistical training\nWork collaboratively as a team member\nPreferred qualifications\nStrong computational skills\nExperience with different study designs, protocol development, and statistical analysis plan writing\nExperience with statistical modelling of clinical data and statistical inference\nORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS\nAs a key member of project team, this position will interact directly with Clinical (Clinicians), Clinical Pharmacology, Statistical Programming, Data Management, Regulatory Strategy and Operations, Medical, Outcomes Research, Commercial, Operationsand contract organizations supporting project deliverables.\nAdditional Information:\nWork Location Assignment: On Premise\nLast Day to Apply: November 12, 2026\nThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $106,000.00 to $176,600.00.
