# Manager, Commercial Performance Analytics.

Work Location Assignment: Mexico City, must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business. The Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for developing robust analytical solutions, evaluating commercial performance, and generating actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role combines strong technical capabilities, quantitative problem-solving, and business understanding to transform complex data into reliable analytical assets, performance reporting, and meaningful insights. Working closely with U.S.-based Performance Analytics and Insights (PAI) colleagues, the successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize analytical workflows, support recurring reporting, and translate business questions into evidence-based insights. The role contributes to strengthening Pfizer’s internal analytics capabilities through technical ownership, automation, continuous improvement, and collaborative delivery.
