experienced data professional who thrives in execution, collaboration, and technical problem-solving, while continuing to grow strategic influence.\nROLE RESPONSIBILITIES\nThis Manager role will focus on execution, delivery, and technical leadership across DSM initiatives.\nData Strategy Execution & Enablement\nExecute components of the enterprise data strategy by delivering data pipelines, assets, frameworks, and solutions aligned to support business priorities of the Data Science, IIS, and Performance Analytics and Insights (PAI) team.\n\nPartner with senior DSM leaders to operationalize governance standards, data quality rules, and best practices.\n\nSupport adoption of data strategy through documentation, enablement, and collaboration with Performance Analytics and Insights (PAI) and business teams.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of data management processes and standards.\n\nTechnical & Delivery ResponsibilitiesTranslate business and analytics requirements into scalable data designs, pipelines, and data structures.\n\nBuild, enhance, and maintain reliable data pipelines and curated data layers for analytics and reporting.\n\nEnsure data solutions meet privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.\n\nCollaborate with Data Science and Analytics partners to enable advanced analytics and modeling use cases.\n\nSupport automation, validation, and monitoring to improve data reliability and operational efficiency.\n\nCollaboration & Stakeholder PartnershipWork closely with analytics, marketing, digital, and technology teams to deliver high-quality data products.\n\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical partners.\n\nServe as a dependable delivery partner, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions.\n\nContribute to team knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members on standards and best practices.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years OR PhD with 0-2 years in data engineering, data strategy, analytics engineering, or related fields.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and modern data platforms.\n\nSolid understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and distributed data architectures.\n\nExperience translating business requirements into technical data solutions.\n\nWorking knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance concepts.\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred QualificationsExperience in commercial, marketing, or regulated environments (e.g., life sciences).\n\nFamiliarity with API integrations, data validation frameworks, and analytics-ready data models.\n\nExperience working in agile delivery
