Through youe work supporting leaders and colleagues, your contributions will be vital in making Pfizer a place where everyone can thrive.\nWhat You Will Achieve\nIn this role, you will:\nBe a key contact for the leaders and colleagues at site for all People Experience (PX) related queries, even when the activity is managed by another PX function\nWork closely and take direction from the People Experience Lead for the manufacturing site to ensure all PX related activities are undertaken\nSupport the enterprise bargaining activities for the enterprise agreements which cover site colleagues\nApply skills and knowledge moderately complex problems independently\nReview and seek feedback on your work and exercise judgment based on experience\nMaintain records, administer various programs relevant to colleagues and conduct colleague and leader sessions when required \nChampion colleague engagement initiatives and support globally asked activities at the site \nFacilitate process improvement, introduce new concepts, and coach leaders on PX processes and tools\nOversee performance management and talent reviews, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies\nCollaborate with HR areas to implement business initiatives and foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compensation activities, staying updated on labor laws and advising managers on personnel issues\nHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)\nExperience working within the human resources function of a multi-national organization\nExperience in managing employee relations and union relations at a manufacturing site\nAbility to coach and build strong relationships with diverse individuals across the organization\nDemonstrated experience in managing change initiatives in partnership with the business\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment\nStrong business acumen and strategic thinking\nExtensive knowledge of effective HR procedures and policies\nExcellent consulting skills\nProficiency in MS Office\nUnderstanding and integration of both internal and external business drivers\nKnowledge of financial metrics to drive talent outcomes for the business\nProven track record of promoting employee value proposition\nHigh level of emotional intelligence and adaptability\nExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
