# Omnichannel & Content Associate

Role Summary We are seeking an Omnichannel & Content Associate to run always-on content and campaigns for Pfizer Hong Kong. You will own social and video content end to end-from brief through medical/legal review to publishing and boosting-across our owned channels (Pfizer Hong Kong YouTube, Facebook and Instagram) and paid media (paid social, SEM and programmatic). You will use AI to create content faster, track what works, and improve how our brands show up in search and AI answers (AEO/GEO). The ideal candidate combines creative energy, campaign discipline, and a strong “get-things-done” mindset in a regulated environment. What You’ll Do 1) Content Production Run the content calendar for Pfizer Hong Kong social channels, including regular disease-education posts: briefing, Chinese/English copywriting, design coordination, medical/legal submission, and scheduling. Coordinate video series (e.g., doctor Q&A, patient stories) from outline and script through shoot, post-production, subtitles, metadata, and publishing, working with Marketing, Medical, healthcare professionals, and production houses.
