will:\nOversee product finishing scheduling, including setting up, operating, maintaining, and adjusting processes or packaging equipment.\nUtilize prior work experience and extensive knowledge to records and associated documentation within an integrated computerized manufacturing environment.\nContribute to team deliverables, represent the work group within department teams, and foster a positive team environment.\nManage personal time and professional development, take accountability for results, prioritize workflow, and assist less-experienced colleagues.\nComplete assignments based on established procedures, troubleshoot process issues, and provide direction and training to team members.\nShare knowledge within and across multiple work groups.\nProactively identify and resolve non-routine problems, making decisions between multiple options in a structured environment.\nWork under general supervision, complete recurring assignments independently, refer new or unusual experience\nManufacturing experience\nSkill in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures\nStrong math skills, with the ability to calculate percentages and develop basic graphs and spreadsheets\nEffective communication of work instructions and coordination of the work of others\nAbility to work in a controlled temperature environment while wearing clean room attire\nExperience in managing operations for the assembly and packaging of finished goods\nBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):\nBachelor's Degree with substantial experience in MMI (Modified Manual Inspection)\nHands-on expertise in MMI, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the inspection process\nAbility to work effectively under general supervision and complete recurring assignments independently\nExperience in training and providing direction to other team members\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment\nAbility to share knowledge and collaborate effectively with colleagues from other business units\nFamiliarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a
