And you’ll discover that amazing things are possible.\nWhat You Will Achieve\nSenior Data Operations who will be accountable for the delivery of all data processes in scope of the Global Operations Services Center as well as for market/process expert and Point of Contact for the Global Operations Services Center. The processes in scope support commercial and marketing back-office activities such as Sales & activity reporting, e-permissions, incentives, training data processes and tools & application day to day administration. Each Data Operations Manager will be accountable and expert for a set of countries and working with peers across the team.\nCore Responsibilities\nSenior Operations Specialist core responsibilities include:\nEngage with selected markets / verticals for all their requests.\nEnsure process documentation is maintained up to date for data & transactional processes.\nAct as a country expert for any issues with Delivery Team Leads\nShare best practices across the Global Operations Services Center team.\nDeliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope.\nDeliver reporting and analytics to Biopharma Operations colleagues.\nDeliver data extractions from multiples databases.\nDeliver calculation, attainment, monthly data upload, validations and reporting of Field Force Incentives.\nProvide analytical support and expertise for all data process in scope.\nPropose and deliver solutions and ideas for any problems and issues faced.\nPrioritize requests and manage workload according to plan.\nFollow SLA & guidelines and timeline established for the team and meets SRT KPIs.\nDeliver high quality service for any activities in scope.\nPropose continuous improvement of processes in scope.\nDevelop Subject Matter Expertise for one or more data process in scope.\nQualifications\nMust-Have Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in service delivery, shared services, or sales operations.\nStrong service orientation and customer-focused mindset.\nStrong IT literacy and technology proficiency.\nExperience in data stewardship, reporting, and analytics delivery.\nProven knowledge and hands-on experience in Incentive Compensation is mandatory.\nIn addition, candidates must demonstrate experience in at least one of the following two areas:Sales Force Management / CRM support for sales teams\nMedical Samples Management\n\nAdvanced Excel skills, including working with formulas and data analysis.\nSelf-motivated, with the ability to work independently and maintain a strong service-oriented mindset.\nAbility to identify and propose process improvements and optimization opportunities.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with a fact-based and detail-oriented approach.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong team player with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.\nStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with Leadership Teams, Vertical Leads, Country Managers, BU Leads, and Local Teams.\nAbility to present results effectively to large audiences, including sales forces and leadership teams.\nFluency in written and spoken English is required.\nFluency in written and spoken Spanish is required.\nNice-to-Have\nMaster's degree\nFluency in Portuguese preferred.\nPreferred Discipline(s): Analytics, Operations Management, Consulting, IT, Science, Sales, Commercial.\nPreferred Certification(s): Change Management,
