We invite you to Pfizer for our organizational structure; Global Operations Services Center which delivers services to Europe, AfME, LATAM, NA and APAC.\nWe will hire a Senior Operations Specialist who will be accountable for the delivery of all data processes in scope of the Global Operations Services Center as well as for market/process expert and Point of Contact for the Global Operations Services Center. The processes in scope support commercial and marketing back-office activities such as Sales & activity reporting, e-permissions, incentives, training data processes and tools & application day to day administration. Each Senior Operations Specialist will be accountable and expert for a set of countries and working with peers across the team.\nWe are looking for:\n3-6 years’ experience in Service delivery, Shared service delivery or Sales operations.\n\nService oriented/Customer service mindset\n\nExcellent IT literacy/knowledge required (technology savvy)\n\nExperience in data stewardship, reporting and analytics delivery\nPreferable knowledge of commercial processes or business analytics processes (knowledge of data sets such as IMS, Cegedim One-Key, Internal sales, Field Force activity, etc.)\nAdvanced Excel Skills (working with formulas, parameters)\nSelf-motivated\nHigh level of independent and service oriented working attitude\nAble to propose process improvements & optimizations\nAble to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills\nAble to fact-based challenge and detail oriented\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nGood team player\nExperience in working in a multicultural environment preferred\nFluency in both written and verbal English is a must.\nFluency in additional EU language (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian) preferred\nYou will be expected to:\nEngage with selected markets / verticals for all their requests\nEnsure process documentation is maintained up to date for data & transactional processes\nAct as a country expert for any issues with Delivery Team Leads\nShare best practices across the Global Operations Services Center team\nDeliver data validation and stewardship for data sets in scope\nDeliver reporting and analytics to Biopharma Operations colleagues\nDeliver data extractions from multiples databases\nDeliver calculation, attainment, monthly data upload, validations and reporting of Field Force Incentives\nProvide analytical support and expertise for all data process in scope\nPropose and deliver solutions and ideas for any problems and issues faced\nPrioritize requests and manage workload according to plan\nFollow SLA & guidelines and timeline established for the team and meets SRT KPIs\nDeliver high quality service for any activities in scope\nPropose
