The importance of your role cannot be overstated, as you help bridge the gap between innovation and patient care, making a tangible difference in countless lives.\nWhat You Will Achieve\nIn this role, you will:\nManage projects and set objectives within the Sub Business Unit, handling moderate complexity\nLead people, technology, and financial resources, often through influence rather than direct authority\nActively share knowledge and encourage others to do the same within the Sub Business Unit\nIdentify and implement potential improvements in processes or products, taking risks to achieve results\nSolve complex problems, utilizing experience from various areas as needed\nEstablish operational activities to support the Sub Business Unit's mid-term goals and recognize development needs\nManage the performance of direct and indirect reports, aligning with the Sub Business Unit's objectives\nPartner with leadership from the Global or Sub Business Unit to achieve shared objectives\nMaximize quality and efficiency, complete batch records, and work in an integrated computerized manufacturing environment\nTrain staff on safety practices, departmental procedures, product inspection, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GxP), while coordinating with other departments and supporting technical and engineering activities\nHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)\nHigh school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or B pharm with 5+ years or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience \nProven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills\nStrong people management experience\nEffective written and oral communication skills\nAbility to communicate effectively within the department, cross-functionally at the site, and with outside customers and regulatory agencies\nProficiency in computer literacy, particularly in managing Excel spreadsheets\nKnowledge of Microsoft Applications\nBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):\nMaster's degree\nRelevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry\nStrong background in Manufacturing, Technical Services, Materials Management, QA/QC, and Engineering\nStrong organizational and project management skills\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects\nExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
