The role will work closely with medical, commercial, digital, legal, complianceand external partners to improve disease awareness, patient understandingand engagement throughout the patient journey.\nROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDesign and execute public disease education and communication programs to increase disease awareness and support patient activation.\n\nPlan and manage patient activation and engagement initiatives across online and offline channels, ensuring strong patient interaction and program execution.\n\nBuild and maintaina patient education content framework, including disease education themes, patient journey-based contentand engagement materials.\n\nDevelop and optimizedigital patient solutions, working with digital, medical, commercial, legal and compliance teams to enhance patient experience and engagement efficiency.\n\nExplore innovative patient engagement models in new disease areas and translate patient insights into actionable solutions.\n\nCoordinate external partners, academic associations, patient groupsand third-party vendors to deliver patient engagement projects in a compliant and effective way.\n\nMonitor program performance, collect patient insightsand continuously optimizeproject design, contentand execution model.\n\nEnsure all patient engagement programs are conducted in accordance withCompany policies, SOPs, Pfizer Valuesand regulatory guidelines with the highest integrity.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:\nBachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
