Your dedication and expertise will ensure our plants, utility systems, buildings, and equipment are operational, helping us achieve new milestones and assist patients worldwide.\nWHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the Maintenance/Engineering team in planning, overseeing and improving preventative maintenance of equipment.\nReview preventive and corrective work order activities and provide troubleshooting support & equipment maintenance history review.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including implementation of change controls and maintenance projects.\nSupport contractor/vendor management for maintenance activities and provide contractor/vendor invoice and purchase order support.\nParticipate in equipment/system-based Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to update equipment reliability plans.\nPerform equipment related GMP investigations and EHS investigations, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action implementation.\nCollaborate with Production and Quality Team members on troubleshooting, equipment improvements and operator care.\nPromote safety within the workplace by following site safety procedures and perform proactive safety assessments, foster a safe work culture.\nProvide input on capital projects regarding equipment selection, specifications and maintenance requirements.\nSupport general facility maintenance including pest control management, grounds maintenance and facility repairs.\nAssist with management, review and archival of maintenance documents.\nContribute to project tasks and milestones, organize work to meet deadlines, and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate work team.\nHERE IS WHAT YOU NEED (Minimum Requirements)\nApplicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a master's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.\nExperience in reliability-based maintenance practices.\nDemonstrated ability to write and provide simple and accurate instructions.\nDemonstrated computer and technical skills.\nEffective problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent interpersonal communication and written skills.\nBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE (Preferred Requirements)\nExperience with regulatory compliance and quality standards in a pharmaceutical environment.\nClean room (aseptic) manufacturing experience.\nStrong knowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP}.\nStrong organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such. as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving.\nPHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS\nThis is an on-site role at a penicillin manufacturing facility.
