staff.\nHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)\nHigh school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience or B pharm with 5 years or associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience or BA/BS with 2+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience \nStrong people management experience in a regulated manufacturing operations environment\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\nA working knowledge of Upstream/Downstream Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) manufacturing operations\nAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and goal-driven environment\nStrong decision-making capability\nExperience with equipment periodic qualification and Documentation skills.\nBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)\nRelevant pharmaceutical industry experience\nExperience with Lean Tools and their implementation\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAbility to recognize development needs and create opportunities for colleagues\nExperience in maintaining regulatory compliance through established programs\nExperience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or
