The ACMF is a facility located on the Pfizer Andover, MA campus and is responsible for cGMP production of phase I/II clinical drug substance supporting the Pfizer Biotherapeutics portfolio. The ACMF resides within the Research and Development organization.\nThe ACMF Technology Transfer Team is responsible for incoming product site assessment, preparatory activities, campaign readiness, and overall product/project ownership to support ACMF manufacturing of clinical drug substance.\nHow You Will Achieve\nExecute tech transfer activities in support of ACMF campaigns\nWork with BRD development lines to improve scale up processes and identify best TT practices\nPartner with BRD development lines and Operations on technical initiatives\nLead/support the creation of manufacturing batch records and other GMP documentation\nTroubleshoot upstream and downstream processes in a cGMP environment\nAdvocate for and implement technology, digital, and continuous improvement strategies\nAuthorship and of SOPs \nData analysis and communication/collaboration with tech transfer team, production operations, development labs, and quality\nSupport implementation of new technologies and equipment\nSupport investigations as needed\nSupport facility audits as needed\nQualifications\nMust-Have\nBS/BA in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or equivalent +0 years of experience\nNice-to-Have\nPrevious experience in Biologics GMP manufacturing and/or Biologics Tech Transfer\nKnowledge of bioprocessing techniques and equipment\nExperience with Production Control Systems (i.e. DeltaV), electronic batch records (i.e. Master Control), and other electronic business systems (Document Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, LIMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)\nProven ability to execute against SOPs and follow compliant documentation practices\nDemonstrated capability to work as a team member in a matrix team\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nPHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS\nAbility to work in a clean room environment (non-routine)\nWork Location Assignment: Hybrid\nThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,200.00 to $100,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
