# Value & Access Manager

OBJETIVE: Market Value & Access Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Pfizer’s access and commercial strategy for its portfolio aligned with brand objectives and evolving payer landscapes. This includes developing and implementing strategic approaches to ensure optimal patient access and reimbursement. We are looking for a professional with broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of designing and implementing innovative access and commercial strategies that enable broader patient access to treatment and foster relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities Develop and implement access and commercial strategies for key products, including pricing, reimbursement, inclusion in public system and payer engagement. Develop cross-functional initiatives accelerate access to support product launches and lifecycle management. Create and refine payer value propositions including public system proposals.
