This role will help drive sales and increase brand awareness across all of our marketing efforts by designing creative visuals to appeal to consumers and drive consumer purchases. This role will need to ensure that all creative services, whether external or internal, are executed in such a way that adheres to the company’s core values and protects the integrity of the brands. Adapting to changing schedules and meeting tight deadlines are necessary.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n Assist to establish creative direction and guidelines for each of our brands including strategy, design of visuals/artwork, menu creations/maintenance, packaging, literature, point of sales (POS) materials, and social media.\nCollaborate closely with all members of the marketing team along with various departments to fully understand creative scope and needs of projects, and to develop creative strategies, plans, and execution that meet both brand and business goals. \nManage design orders in the PFSbrands Hub, and internal project management system, and ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and accurately. \n Fulfill all graphic design needs for PFSbrands, affiliated companies and events.\nWork to ensure a positive and consistent brand image across all brands and companies.\nManage and organize all marketing assets, sharable content and other resources. \nOngoing development and research of current trends to drive consumer appeal.\nAssist in video/photography projects as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned. \nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication or similar related field/experience\nSelf-starter with ability to work effectively -- independently and within a team environment\nAbility to anticipate and solve practical problems or issues\nStrong work ethic, communication skills, and organizational skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, subject to numerous schedule and priority changes and short notice activity\nDeep understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, and typography\nGood project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)\nProficient in Microsoft Office products \nWORKING CONDITIONS\nWork is typically performed in normal office conditions. \nWork is occasionally required outside of standard business hours, including weekends or evenings, to support company initiatives.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
