Work closely with business, data engineering, and operations to turn requirements into robust, governed, and supportable analytics products that follow our internal design standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into report designs, KPIs, and user stories.\n\nDesign and build enterprise-grade Power BI reports and dashboards, aligned with internal UX/design standards and reusable components.\n\nDefine the semantic layer: translate business needs into measures, calculations, and dimensional models; propose and validate the underlying data model.\n\nWork with data engineers to translate semantic/model requirements into source data structures, data pipelines, and transformations.\n\nCollaborate with Operations to define SLAs, monitoring, and validation points (data quality checks, reconciliation rules, alerting).\n\nDevelop complex DAX measures, calculation logic, and row-/object-level security; ensure accuracy, performance, and consistency.\n\nOptimize dataset and report performance (model design, aggregations, indexing, partitioning, incremental refresh, query tuning).\n\nUse Git-based workflows (branches, pull requests, code reviews) and CI/CD pipelines to version, test, and deploy Power BI assets.\n\nContribute to and enforce standards: modeling conventions, naming, folder structures, documentation, and governance practices.\n\nWork as an active member of a Scrum team (refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support stakeholders during rollout and adoption.\n\nJob Qualifications\nSeveral years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Power BI solutions in a complex business environment.\n\nExpert knowledge of Power BI (Power Query, DAX, TMDL format, Field Parameters, Calculation Groups, etc.).\n\nStrong data modeling skills (dimensional/star schemas, semantic modeling) and solid SQL experience.\n\nProven experience working with Git and CI/CD for BI/reporting solutions.\n\nExperience collaborating with data engineers and operations/SRE teams on SLAs, monitoring, and validation.\n\nStrong communication skills; able to challenge, refine, and document business requirements clearly.\n\nComfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with broader Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).\n\nKnowledge of data warehousing, BI architecture, and governance.\n\nExperience in large, international organizations.\n\nRelevant Microsoft certifications (PL-300, etc.).\n\nData modeling, warehousing, and experience with ETL/ELT data integration tools\n\nWe offer\nP&G-sized projects and access to world leading IT partners and technologies from Day 1.\n\nWide range of self-development possibilities (training and certifications paths).\n\nCompetitive starting salary and benefits program (private health care, P&G stock, saving plans, sport cards).\n\nRegular salary increases and possible promotions - in line with your results and performance.\n\nOpportunity to change role every few years to be in the best place for you and best for P&G.\n\nAt Procter & Gamble we embrace a hybrid work model that combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of in-office engagement.
