You will help teams accelerate onboarding, resolve complex technical challenges, implement scalable engineering practices, and improve the overall developer experience. You will also work closely with platform engineering teams to turn customer feedback into better capabilities, stronger automation, and more efficient ways of working.\nResponsibilities\nEnable and support internal teams in effectively adopting and building on enterprise platform capabilities.\nDevelop AI-powered support capabilities, automation solutions, and self-service experiences to improve customer productivity and reduce support effort.\nPartner with data engineers, architects, asset managers, and development teams to design and implement robust technical solutions.\nGuide users on platform setup, API integration, GitHub workflows, CI/CD implementation, and engineering best practices.\nBuild and promote reusable “golden path” solutions that simplify platform adoption and accelerate delivery across teams.\nProvide actionable feedback to platform engineering teams to improve platform usability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.\nFollow and contribute to engineering standards, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, cost-effective, and reusable.\nAnalyze recurring customer challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization.\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Platforms, and AI-powered development.\nJob Qualifications\nExperience working in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.\n\nExperience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines utilizing tools such as GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Snyk, or equivalent technologies.\n\nStrong understanding of distributed computing concepts and large-scale data processing.\n\nExperience troubleshooting and supporting complex cloud-based platforms and data solutions.\n\nUnderstanding of Cloud Infrastructure and networking in Azure.\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset with demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive customer success.\n\nWe offer\nP&G-sized projects and access to world leading IT partners and technologies from Day 1.\n\nWide range of self-development possibilities (training and certifications paths).\n\nCompetitive starting salary and benefits program (private health care, P&G stock, saving plans, sport cards).\n\nRegular salary increases and possible promotions - in line with your results and performance.\n\nOpportunity to change role every few years to be in the best place for you and best for P&G.\n\nAt Procter & Gamble we embrace ahybrid work model that combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of in-office engagement.
