Blank Family of Businesses, PGA TOUR Superstore continuously strives to create a family culture for our Associates - driven by our vision to inspire people through golf and tennis.\nPosition Summary\nThe Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of complex technical projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. This role bridges the gap between the Business Enablement Manager, Engineers and stakeholders, utilizing a deep understanding of both technical domains and project management methodologies to navigate challenges and drive project completion.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n· Program Ownership: Build and manage delivery plans (milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets) across parallel workstreams.\n· Planning & Prioritization: Facilitate quarterly and sprint planning; align teams to strategic initiatives/overall goals, capacity, and critical path.\n· Technical Expertise: Provide guidance on technical decision-making and problem-solving, ensuring the use of best practices and innovative solutions in project execution.\n· Execution Management: Drive standups, demos, retros; remove blockers; ensure change control.\n· Stakeholder Communication: Produce clear status comms and executive readouts; escalate with options and impact.\n· Quality & Readiness: Coordinate UAT, cutover, and launch checklists; ensure training, support, monitoring, and rollback plans.\n· Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee SOWs, SLAs, and deliverables; manage partner performance and integration timelines.\n· Financials: Track actuals vs. forecast; surface variances; support business cases and benefits realization.\n· Risk & Compliance: Ensure security/privacy, accessibility, and policy adherence; partner with InfoSec on reviews.\n· Continuous Improvement: Analyze delivery metrics; implement playbooks and ways-of-working improvements.\nQualifications and Skills Required:\n· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). PMP, CSM, or SAFe a plus.\n· 6+ years delivering technology initiatives (e-commerce, retail systems, ERP, POS, OMS, CRM, or MarTech preferred).\n· Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.\n· Strong command of delivery methods (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks) and traditional project controls.\n· Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills (from engineers to executives).\n· Proficient with Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, and standard reporting tools.\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\n· This role is based in our vibrant, collaborative office five days a week, with flexibility to accommodate family and life commitments when needed.\n· Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time as the job is completed primarily at a desk each day.
