advantage.\n\nQualifications\nQualifications\n\n Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n Minimum 7 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.\n\n Experience in developing healthcare applications, hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), or other healthcare information systems is preferred.\n\n Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR R4 for healthcare data exchange and system interoperability.\n\n Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, FHIR resources, RESTful APIs, and JSON/XML data formats.\n\nTechnical Requirements\n\n Proficient in backend development using Java Spring Boot, Node.js, .NET, or an equivalent backend framework.\n\n Proficient in frontend development using React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or an equivalent JavaScript framework.\n\n Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.\n\n Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR R4 resources, such as Patient, Practitioner, Encounter, Observation, Condition, and Medication.\n\n Experience integrating healthcare applications with external systems using HL7 FHIR APIs.\n\n Understanding of FHIR profiles, extensions, terminology, resource validation, and implementation guides.\n\n Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.\n\n Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and application deployment.\n\n Understanding of authentication, authorization, data privacy, and security in healthcare applications.\n\nSoft Skills\n\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n Good communication and teamwork.\n\n Able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.\n\n Strong attention to detail, especially in healthcare data mapping and
