You will be part of our existing production team and handle relevant broadcasting operations for our events taking place in PGL Studios or outside the country.\nResponsibilities:\nInstall and calibrate video equipment, such as video cameras, in different locations\nAlign, adjust and maintain video equipment, to ensure the accurate line-up of camera output\nOperation of camera exposure, black level, and color balance controls, to match cameras and maintain overall picture quality during live and recorded programs\nOperation of the video equipment as necessary\nSwitch video input sources from one camera to another\nPerform regular maintenance of video distribution and transmission equipment\nFront line maintenance of studio facilities and any liaison with Technical Support as required\nTest and resolve equipment issues\nSend in equipment for repairs as needed\nDetermine filming sequences and camera movements\nEnsure equipment the safe transfer and shipment of equipment\nMaintain inventory of equipment\nProvide training to new employees ensuring that they receive operational experience across all relevant areas\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements:\nRelated technical qualification or broadcast industry training\nExperience in vision control in broadcasting studios \nKnowledge of camera, lighting, graphics, routing, control, mixing and power systems\nMust have a critical approach to picture quality and have normal color vision\nExperience with up to date computer-driven vision technologies\nKnowledge of electrical and electronic equipment used in broadcast production\nA positive and problem-solving attitude\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills in English\nAttention to details\nTeamwork skills\nAbility to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously\nFlexibility to travel abroad for events and work varying hours, including nights or weekends.\nPassion for video games & esports is a
