requirements, applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nImplement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.\n\nPrepare and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), quality procedures, Welding Books, Weld Maps, and all quality-related documentation.\n\nSupervise quality inspections during fabrication, assembly, construction, and site activities.\n\nPrepare daily production and quality progress reports.\n\nCoordinate inspection activities with fabrication teams, engineering, clients, third-party inspection agencies, and certification bodies.\n\nPlan and schedule hold points, witness points, and final inspections.\n\nReview and verify WPS, PQR, Welder Qualifications (WPQ), and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) documentation.\n\nMonitor welding activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures and applicable codes.\n\nManage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\n\nPrepare Manufacturing Record Books (MRB) / Data Books and ensure timely submission to clients.\n\nServe as the primary quality interface with clients, inspectors, and third-party certification agencies.\n\nParticipate in internal, external, and client quality audits.\n\nMonitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsure full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and regulatory
