Our team is committed to attracting and retaining top, diverse talent who share our vision of building a better, cleaner planet.\nJob Summary\nAs a Project Managerat pH7, you will dive into a variety of early development initiatives that drive both business growth and cutting-edge emerging technologies, including heap-based processing for the recovery of critical metal projects. This role involves collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, including leadership, engineers, external vendors, and government and regulatory agencies, to ensure that the commercial and strategic objectives of a project are met, and that standards, processes, and procedures are applied effectively across the development and execution phases of a project.\nWhat You’ll Do\nInterface management between internal and external project stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.\nAct as opportunity lead in the early stages of project development and the definition of minimum performance requirements.\nProvide project leadership, support, technical input, and decision-making as required, through:Commercial development\nStakeholder engagement\nRegulatory\nDesign\nProcurement\nConstruction\nCommissioning and start-up\nPerformance testing and close-out\n\nLead meetings with internal and external parties, at the office and on-site as required, to clarify scope, schedule progress, cost tracking and forecasting, and execution planning and status.\nOwn project scope and deliverables.\nOwn cost tracking and schedule progressing.\nOwn reporting for leadership audiences.\nEnsure stakeholder compliance with pH7 specifications, quality, and safety standards.\nComplete other project tasks as required by leadership.\nWhat You’ll Need\nSkills\nSelf-motivation and efficiency in time management and organizational skills.\nSelf-sufficiency and ability to work independently and/or with minimal supervision.\nAbility to effectively manage numerous concurrent and varied expectations while prioritizing internal stakeholder objectives.\nAbility to multi-task in a varied and fast-paced environment.\nStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.\nExhibits critical thinking when developing and implementing innovative project execution strategies.\nAbility to foresee potential issues or problems through strong planning and organizing skills.\nQualifications\nFamiliarity with mining project development and investment frameworks.\nEngineering degree (Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Civil disciplines preferred) or relevant experience.\nRelevant experience in front-end project development and execution (10+ years).\nDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, internal and external, including EPCM/EPC.\nHow You’ll Stand Out\nCurrent registration in good standing with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC) as a professional engineer.\nWorking Hours & Environment\nThis is a full-time, on-site role at pH7 Technologies, reporting to the Director - Projects and working closely with the Head of Mining.
