within the Culinary department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.\nMaintain adherence to all legal standards and regulatory obligations within the Culinary domain, including labor laws, health and safety codes, and data privacy regulations.\nDevelop and create innovative menus when requested that reflect the culinary trends and preferences of our customers.\nCollaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure seamless integration of culinary concepts with overall guest experiences.\nLead, mentor, and manage the Culinary team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.\nOversee the recruitment, training, staff schedule, performance review, and retention of key Culinary team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery.\nManage the Culinary budget, including cost control measures, revenue targets, and expense management.\nMonitor food costs, inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure efficient stock management and minimize operational costs.\nIn cooperation with Purchasing Dpt. manage vendor relationships effectively, negotiating contracts, and sourcing high-quality sustainable products.\nDevelop and present alternative personalized options tailored to accommodate guests' dietary restrictions, preferences, or special requests, ensuring a memorable and inclusive dining experience for all.\nTake ownership of the experiences offered in the property, overseeing all aspects related to the Culinary Department and ensuring alignment with PHĀEA's standards and guest expectations.\nImplement quality assurance protocols to uphold culinary standards and ensure consistency in service, food preparation, and presentation.\nRequirements\nProven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, preferably in a resort or luxury hotel environment.\nCulinary degree or equivalent certification.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nKnowledge of local food safety and hygiene regulations.\nEnglish language proficiency.\nNice-to-Have:\nExperience in international luxury brands.\nFamiliarity with sustainability practices.\nFamiliarity with a variety of international cuisines, allowing for diverse
