within the F&B department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. \nMaintain adherence to all legal standards and regulatory obligations within the F&B domain, including labor laws, health and safety codes, and data privacy regulations. \nLead, mentor, and manage the F&B team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. \nOversee the recruitment, training, staff schedule, performance review, and retention of key F&B team members, ensuring high standards of service delivery. \nManage the F&B budget, including cost control measures, revenue targets, and expense management. \nMonitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure efficient stock management and minimize operational costs. \nEnsure efficient labor productivity by managing staffing levels and schedules effectively. \nPrepare forecasts and analytical reports to support informed decision-making and strategic planning. \nOversees all F&B operations, from prearrival to departure, to ensure seamless dining experiences for guests by maintaining high service standards, food quality, and presentation. \nAddress guest feedback and concerns promptly, striving to exceed expectations and enhance satisfaction levels. \nImplement quality assurance protocols to uphold F&B standards and ensure consistency in service, food preparation, and presentation.\nRequirements\nProven experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a resort \nProficiency in MS Office. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nStrong leadership and team management skills. \nEnglish language proficiency.\nNice-to-Have:\nBachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field. \nExperience in international luxury brands. \nKnowledge of local food safety and hygiene regulations.
