As a Dispatch Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of trucks in the morning, managing despatch staff replacements, maintaining records, and ensuring excellent customer service in the despatch department. Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely dispatch of all trucks in the morning Coordinate replacements for despatch staff when necessary Ensure despatch team compliance with uniform requirements Arrange internal distribution labour as needed Complete despatch recon document daily Maintain accurate records of goods received and despatched Enhance customer service in the despatch department Verify production transfers and returns to despatch Oversee despatch foreman recons and data accuracy Balance despatch recons' daily sales Record returns to stock and report stock variances to management Qualifications and Experience: Matric certificate National Diploma in related field (advantageous) Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills Required: Computer liter
