If you feel that you have the passion, commitment, and drive to challenge the status quo within the automotive industry, we would love to hear from you. \nJob Summary\nPhantom AI is currently looking for a Data QA Analyst to join our team in Mountain View, California. This role is responsible for maintaining the quality of datasets and improving how Phantom AI manages and scales its labeling efforts. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and external partners, and will be expected to use your judgment to identify issues, prioritize work, and help drive quality improvements across projects.\nResponsibilities\nReview annotated images and sensor data to ensure they meet quality standards and labeling guidelines.\nIdentify quality issues, determine root causes, and work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve them and prevent recurrence. \nProvide clear feedback to labeling teams, contributing to improvements in labeling tools, workflows, and guidelines. \nHelp define, maintain, and evolve QA processes and documentation to support consistency as projects scale. \nMake day-to-day decisions on quality standards, edge cases, and review outcomes\n\nRequired Qualifications\n Strong attention to detail and ability to manage ongoing quality work with a high level of accuracy. -
